    We offer a highly competitive basic salary complemented by a performance-based bonus scheme (often referred to as 'uncapped bonus' or 'efficiency bonus').  For experienced Technicians and our Master Technicians, the On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential can be substantial, often reaching £50,000 to £60,000+ depending on the specific dealership location and brand. Your diagnostic skills directly impact your bonus potential.

  • How does Holdcroft support me in achieving Master Technician status?

    We fully fund your progression through manufacturer-specific training modules, providing a clear, structured path from Technician to Senior and ultimately to Master Technician. This training is complemented by continuous access to the most recent diagnostic software and specialist tooling to ensure you are always at the forefront of automotive technology.
