  • We offer a highly competitive basic salary complemented by a performance-based bonus scheme (often referred to as 'uncapped bonus' or 'efficiency bonus').  For experienced Technicians and our Master Technicians, the On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential can be substantial, often reaching £50,000 to £60,000+ depending on the specific dealership location and brand. Your diagnostic skills directly impact your bonus potential.

  • We fully fund your progression through manufacturer-specific training modules, providing a clear, structured path from Technician to Senior and ultimately to Master Technician. This training is complemented by continuous access to the most recent diagnostic software and specialist tooling to ensure you are always at the forefront of automotive technology.

  • Yes, absolutely. The future of the industry is electric, and we ensure our team is ready. We provide comprehensive, accredited training (such as IMI qualifications) in the maintenance, diagnostics, and safe working procedures for Hybrid and Electric Vehicles (EVs). This not only future-proofs your career but is essential for working on our modern vehicle range.
