Location: Hanley, Stoke on Trent

Hours of work: Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm, Sunday 10.00am - 4.00pm

The Holdcroft Motor Group are looking for a Showroom Host to join our successful team in Hanley, Stoke on Trent. You will use your excellent customer service skills to welcome and assist all customers and ensure a positive experience with the business, building and maintaining relationships with all customers and colleagues.

What we are looking for in a Showroom Host:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.

  • Professional and friendly telephone manner.

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • IT and computer literate.

  • Well organised and ability to handle workload.
