Working Hours: Full-time, including weekends on rota

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, ambitious, and driven Sales Controller to join our thriving team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth and success of Holdcroft Motor Group.
As a Sales Controller, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and profitable sales process. Your attention to detail, leadership qualities, and strategic mindset will help drive retail sales performance while maintaining exceptional standards across all sales activities.

Your Role
Support the Sales Manager with the day-to-day operation of the sales department.
Ensure sales processes are completed efficiently, accurately, and effectively.
Maintain and optimise systems to improve sales performance and customer experience.
Work closely with departments across the business to support prospecting activities, marketing campaigns, and events.
Identify opportunities to increase retail sales and implement effective sales strategies.
Monitor and support sales performance to maximise profitability.
Build and maintain successful, compliant, and profitable sales processes.
Provide leadership and support to the wider sales team when required.

About You
Previous experience within the motor trade.
Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and dealership operations.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Ambitious, proactive, and results-driven.
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to support and motivate others.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Commercially aware with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.
Full UK driving licence.
