Service Driver - Part Time

Hours of work: Tuesday & Thursday 8am-5pm

Are you a proactive and reliable individual with a full UK driving licence and a keen eye for detail? Holdcroft is seeking a dedicated Driver & Dealership Support Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and professional Driver to join our team at Holdcroft. This is a great opportunity to become part of a busy service department, helping us deliver an excellent customer experience by ensuring customer vehicles are collected and delivered safely, efficiently and on time.

You will play an important role in supporting our service teams, providing a friendly and professional service while taking care of our customers' vehicles.

Your role:

• Collect and deliver customer vehicles to and from their homes, workplaces and other locations as required

• Ensure customer vehicles are driven safely and handled with care at all times

• Work closely with the service department to coordinate collections and deliveries

• Ensure all vehicle movements are completed within agreed timeframes

• Complete any necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently

• Provide a friendly and professional service when interacting with customers

• Carry out basic vehicle checks and report any issues or damage

• Follow all company procedures and road safety regulations

About You

• Hold a full, valid UK driving licence

• Have a safe and responsible approach to driving

• Have good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner

• Be reliable, punctual and well organised

• Have good attention to detail when handling vehicles and completing paperwork

• Be comfortable working to deadlines and managing your time effectively

• Take pride in delivering excellent customer service

• Previous experience in a similar driving role would be an advantage
